She began to prioritize her body, mind, and spirit, seeking internal healing through intense talk therapy, especially after the sudden loss of her father. Marta also recognized and started addressing an abusive relationship with alcohol, all of which contributed to her transformative skin healing journey.

Her career took her through various spas in the city, including a green spa where she gained valuable insights into clean beauty. Despite her experiences, she still felt a vital piece was missing—a combination of professionally backed skincare expertise and the trusted guidance of an esthetician who had personally undergone a skin healing journey.

Marta's dedication and unique approach earned her a reputation as a sought-after esthetician. When COVID ended, she seized the opportunity to open elma healing + esthetics.

Continuing education remains a cornerstone of Marta's practice, ensuring she stays at the forefront of her field. Previously, she worked as a brow expert for a major cosmetics company, specializing in eyebrow waxing and shaping.

In 2017, she became a certified microblading artist. Her proficiency in permanent makeup, especially eyebrow enhancements, is a testament to her dedication to providing top-notch services.
