appointments

We strive to accommodate each client to the best of our ability. Confirmations for appointments are sent via email and text. We understand that life happens and situations may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please cancel or reschedule your service with us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees. We recommend that you book your appointments in advance to ensure the best possible availability.

A credit card is required to hold appointments at Elma Healing + Esthetics. If you choose not to provide this information we will not hold your appointment.

late arrivals, no shows + last minute cancellations

Tardiness is a major disruption to our day to day operations. When you book your appointment, your service provider is there ready to serve you and only you. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you risk the chance of your appointment being cancelled and a missed appointment fee of 50% of the service being charged to your account.

Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total, no exceptions.

If you must reschedule your appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid any fees.

permanent makeup deposits

All deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE and go towards the cost of your permanent makeup procedure. You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel your appointment or do not adhere to our late policy, NO EXCEPTIONS.

You may reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit if you do so with at least 48 hours notice. If you choose to cancel your appointment you will automatically forfeit your deposit.

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the services missed. No exceptions.

An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment if you cancel or do not adhere to our late policy. If two appointments are canceled, payment in full will be required prior to scheduling your date.

privacy

Elma Healing + Esthetics respects your personal information and privacy. Upon booking, we collect your personal information such as your name, email, and telephone number in order to create an easy client booking database. We will never disclose this personal information to any third party.

cell phones

We ask that your cell phones be put on silent and put away during your service. Elma Healing + Esthetics is a healing space meant for rejuvenation and relaxation away from digital devices. Carve out this special time to yourself away from any distractions.

covid-19

During these uncertain times, our goal is to make our healing environment as safe as possible. Before COVID-19, Marta was trained professionally in sanitization, sterilization, and disinfection protocols both as a tattoo artist/licensed esthetician and continues to use those protocols as diligently as before. Marta had also taken additional sanitization courses during this time to better understand COVID and proper protocols going forward.

At this time we are limiting the amount of services taken in a single day. We are also extending our buffer time in between appointments allowing more time for cleaning and sanitizing. Elma Healing + Esthetics consists of a single healing space limiting client interaction to just one person. The waiting area will be vacant so the space will be completely private for each client coming in for a service.

Our guidelines are as follows:

The waiting room will be closed so please come to your appointment ON TIME. Please do NOT come early or arrive more than 10 minutes LATE.

Please reschedule your appointment if you do not feel well. If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms your appointment WILL be rescheduled: symptoms include fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, loss of taste/smell, cough, muscle or body aches, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea

Please use hand sanitizer or wash hands once you've arrived

No guests will be allowed to your appointment

If you feel uncomfortable scheduling your appointment now, just know that we are fully supportive of any decisions you make in regards to your health and safety. We will be here for you when you are ready. In the mean time, please feel free to contact Marta with any questions or concerns.
